So Far So Good

The new site seems to be functioning well enough.  I’m still unclear on some things, but I’m making progress.  So far, I’m having trouble finding a useful plugin for Facebook; and I’m not completely satisfied with the look of the site.  Links are not showing up quickly, either.  And I’d like to have a better setup for showcasing my current books.  Still, simply being interactive and having the blog on my domain is an improvement.  Eventually I’m sure I’ll figure all this out.

UPDATE:

I think I’ve got things about the way I want them.  It looks okay and I’ve got the extra pages with information about me and how to contact me.  I’ll probably be periodically adding some links and making other minor tweaks–and perhaps I’ll every-so-often change the look of the site, but I think it’s not too bad now.  I still need to figure out how to link this to Facebook and Twitter, however.
