Back in 2004 I had the opportunity to be a volunteer with the X-Prize Foundation and so I was there for both launches of SpaceShipOne when it won the 10 million dollar Ansari X-Prize. On September 13, the X-Prize Foundation will be announcing a new, much larger, X-Prize. They’ve made a teaser video which I discovered at NASAwatch.com:
