Jack wonders whether it would be all right to smoke while praying.<\/p>\n<p>Max replies, \u201cWhy don\u2019t you ask the pastor?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So Jack goes up to the pastor and asks, \u201cPastor, may I smoke while I pray?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The pastor replies, \u201cNo, you may not! That shows utter disrespect for God.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jack goes back to his friend and tells him what the good pastor told him.<\/p>\n<p>Max says, \u201cI\u2019m not surprised. You asked the wrong question. Let me try.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And so Max goes up to the pastor and asks, \u201cPastor, may I pray while I smoke?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To which the pastor eagerly replies, \u201cBy all means, my son. By all means.
